چکیده
Agricultural non-point pollution is the biggest source in China from 2009, treatment of agricultural surface runoff very important to mitigate eutrophication rivers and lakes because one key type pollution. In this study, farmland Chengdu Plain was treated for year (2017 ~ 2018) by combination technology new material (waste fir Hemlock sawdust as substrate) bioreactor denitrification Vertical-flow Constructed Wetland (VFCW, planting Cyperus alternifolius L.) combining zeolite Lanthanum-modified activated Alumina (γ-Al2O3) absorption agent dephosphorization. This engineering application successively joint three processes (sedimentation unit → dephosphorization unit) with 5 paralleling groups. The results show that average removal rate total nitrogen (TN) phosphorus (TP) at (filled sawdust) were 29.64% 66.56%, respectively. TP VFCW γ-Al2O3 60.44%, while it 51.66% without γ-Al2O3. better than both hemlock mixed hemlock-fir bioreactor. Overall, filling some best treatment.

Constructed Wetlands : Treatment of Concentrated Storm Water Runoff ( Part A )
The aim of this research was to assess the treatment efficiencies for gully pot liquor of experimental vertical-flow constructed wetland filters containing Phragmites australis (Cav.) Trin. ex Steud. (common reed) and filter media of different adsorption capacities. Six out of 12 filters received inflow water spiked with metals. For 2 years, hydrated nickel and copper nitrate were added to siev...
متن کاملConstructed Wetlands for Combined Sewer Overflow Treatment
Combined sewer systems are designed to transport stormwater surface runoff in addition to the dry weather flows up to defined limits. In most European countries, hydraulic loads greater than the design flow of wastewater treatment plants are discharged directly into the receiving water bodies with minimal treatment (screening, sedimentation) or with no treatment at all. One feasible solution to...
متن کاملMitigation of chlorpyrifos runoff using constructed wetlands.
Constructed wetlands have been proposed as a potential best management practice (BMP) to mitigate effects of pesticide-associated agricultural runoff. Wetland mesocosms (14 m x 59-73 m) were amended with chlorpyrifos to simulate a storm runoff event at concentrations of 73, 147 and 733 microg/l. Water, sediment and plant samples collected weekly for 12 weeks indicated that chlorpyrifos rapidly ...
متن کاملPathogen Removal by Agricultural Constructed Wetlands in Cold Climates
Constructed treatment wetlands have been found to remove fecal coliform (FC) through a variety of mechanisms. This research evaluated the removal of FC in both warm and cold seasons from surface flow treatment wetlands in Bible Hill, Nova Scotia. Two wetlands (100 m), of differing depths were monitored over a 17 month period. The wetlands were loaded with dairy wastewater (average inlet FC conc...
متن کاملApplication and Performance of Constructed Wetlands for Runoff from Small Open Lots
Vegetative systems have long been studied and evaluated as alternatives to conventional storage, treatment, and land application systems. This paper discusses the application of vegetative systems, primarily constructed wetlands, as a runoff treatment technology for small livestock operations. The approach used for two small dairies and one beef cattle feedlot is discussed. Cost data for these ...
