Abstrak. Rumen adalah salah satu lambung ternak ruminansia dalam melakukan proses pencernaan secara kimiawi yang dibantu oleh mikroba rumen. Selain itu, pakan merupakan faktor penting bagi karenanya perlu dilakukan suatu metode guna menguji fermentabilitas cocok dan baik sapi. Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengevaluasi fermentasi cairan rumen sapi menggunakan daun ubi kayu konsentrat. Penelitian ini berasal dari RPH (Rumah Potong Hewan) adapun hijauan digunakan konsentrat jenis SP-106. Perlakuan terdiri empat, yaitu P1 (daun ubi). P2 + 5% konsentrat), P3 10% konsentrat) P4 20% konsentrat). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kadar amonia difermentasi dengan masing-masing perlakuan P1, P2, sebagai berikut : 2 ppm, 1,5 1 ppm.Fermentation of Cow Liquor Using Cassava Leaves (Manihot esculenta) and ConcentrateAbstract. is one the stomachs ruminants in carrying out chemical digestion process assisted by microbes.
