Femtosecond Direct Laser Writing of Silver Clusters in Phosphate Glasses for X-ray Spatially-Resolved Dosimetry

Radio-photoluminescence in silver-doped phosphate glasses has been extensively used for X-ray dosimetry. In this paper, we present the potential of silver clusters spatially resolved Those are generated containing a high concentration oxide by femtosecond direct laser writing technique. Two different compositions were investigated. First, spectroscopic properties pristine studied after irradiation at doses to assess their dosimetry potential. Second, impact X-rays on three-dimensional inscribed analyzed using several spectroscopies methods. Our analysis highlights resilience embedded acting as local probes deposited doses. We demonstrate that these can define range and sensitivity consider realization spatially-resolved dosimeters.
