Feed quality and nutritional value of grass pea (Lathyrus sativus L.) genotypes

چکیده

Baklagiller familyasında yer alan mürdümük (Lathyrus sativus L.) hayvan besleme açısından oldukça önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bitki kuraklığa toleranslı olup, çok farklı topraklarda rahatlıkla gelişme gösterebilmektedir. Bu araştırma, Bilecik ekolojik koşullarında 4 adet tescilli çeşit (Gap Mavisi, Eren, İptaş ve Karadağ) 9 Türkiye orjinli yerel populasyon (1603, 2006, 2401, 4301, 4403, 5001, 6408, 6410 S3) olmak üzere toplamda 13 genotipinin bazı kalite özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışma Şeyh Edebali Üniversitesi, Tarımsal Araştırma Uygulama arazisinde 2019 yılında Tesadüf Blokları Deneme Desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü Hasat edilen bitkilerin tohumlarında, ham protein oranı, ODAP (N-oxalyl-L-alpha,beta-diaminopropionic acid), toplam fenolik, flavonoid, radikal kovucu aktivite (DPPH) kondanse tanen içerikleri belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, populasyonların çeşitler kadar sağlığı iyi olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
