Nowadays, the treatment targets are focused not only on clinical remission, but also functional recovery personal recovery, patients’ Scientific review contains results researches, aimed therapy modalities, that can be effective decreasing maladjustment, integration into society, prevention social labour deadaptation. Purpose to present an analysis scientific data currently existing approaches restoration functioning patients suffering from evaluate their effectiveness.
