Distributed local generation from photovoltaic (PV) systems are gaining more interest, due to reduced component costs, as well becoming a great solution for the charging of electric vehicles (EV) and protection electrical grid infrastructure. This work aims size analyze economic feasibility PV system support energy demand presented by daily charge an EV, either with or without battery storage (BESS), residential home in Viña del Mar, Chile.
