Fault Detection and Reliable Controller Design for Fractional-Order Systems Based on Dynamic Observer

In this paper, the problem of fractional-order linear systems’ simultaneous fault detection and reliable control (SFDC) in finite frequency domain is investigated. A dynamic observer aimed at detecting faults designed, which also generates state estimation signals. particular, it found that proposed dynamic-observer-based controller can achieve a better H∞ performance. We derived detector controller’s design conditions to H− sensitivity performance interference attenuation limited based on generalized KYP lemma, disturbance Finally, simulation results show designed method’s effectiveness.
