Farmer Heterogeneity and Land Transfer Decisions Based on the Dual Perspectives of Economic Endowment and Land Endowment

Guiding qualified farmers to transfer their land is an important way alleviate the problem of abandonment, improve use efficiency, and achieve moderately large-scale management. Based on dual perspectives economic endowment endowment, this paper uses 2015 data China Household Finance Survey (CHFS), using semilogarithmic ordinary least-squares method logit model, explore differences in decisions under effect farmer heterogeneity. The circulation trading market was further improved provide a reference. heterogeneity significantly affects decision-making behavior transferring land. higher is, greater probability that out successfully trade, they are more inclined cultivated cooperatives, village collectives, other institutions through formal channels, leading unit income transfer. Further research shows has no significant difference impact whether with different livelihood endowments land, but same advantages able own channels obtain gains income. Therefore, focusing improving conditions resources increasing means promote successful transactions market, ensure its sustainable operation, increase farmers.
