Farklı kalınlıklarda üretilen TiO2 ince filmlerinin boya duyarlı güneş pili performansına etkisi

Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) are known as 3rd generation cells. One of the most important parameters affecting performance DSSCs is thin film thickness that forms photoanode layer. In this study, we examined how 38, 60 and 76 µm thick TiO2 films change dye-sensitized cell performance. The highest efficiency (4.73%) was seen in with 38 thickness. addition, mineralogical morphological analyses produced nanopowders were performed X-ray diffraction (XRD) Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). XRD showed anatase crystal phase. SEM photographs confirmed formation microspheres close contact each other.
