Family CEOs and CSR performance in Ibero-American family firms

چکیده

Basado en la teoría de agencia conductual, este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar relación entre los CEOs familiares y las prácticas sociales ambientales adoptadas por empresas cotizadas Iberoamérica, cómo composición del consejo administración (tamaño, independencia participación mujeres consejeras) modera esta relación. Un panel datos no balanceado integrado 836 observaciones-año durante el periodo 2011-2016 es adoptado para realizar diversos análisis econométricos. Los resultados muestran que incrementan desempeño social, particularmente aspectos relacionados a laborales, condiciones derechos humanos. La principal limitación muestra estudio, centrada aquellas con mayor capitalización mercados valores cuatro países Iberoamérica. Esta investigación contribuye extender literatura comparativa internacional pone manifiesto preservación riqueza socio-emocional constituye un mecanismo estratégico familiares, lo cual su vez, favorece financiero Iberoamericanas.
