Factors Influencing Teachers’ Attitudes Towards Inclusive Education in Myanmar

Many researchers worldwide have acknowledged the importance of teachers’ attitudes towards Inclusive Education (IE). The main objective this research is to explore factors influencing IE. A total 439 in-service teachers working under Ministry and 305 pre-service studying at Universities in Myanmar were included study. results indicated that both showed somewhat positive inclusion. Nevertheless, more including Children with Disabilities (CWDs) than teachers. Besides, their inclusive education predicted directly indirectly by familiarity IE policies, having contact disabilities, knowledge about IE, type disability, availability support. Therefore, study recommended comprehensive courses hands-on experiences teacher training colleges universities develop skill needed mainstream CWDs foster inclusiveness.
