FACTORS AFFECTING INDONESIAN PUBLIC HEALTH CENTERS' HEALTH WORKERS' INCOME ADEQUACY

Background: Dissatisfaction, additional work, and desired compensation are related to the needs perceptions of civil servant health workers increase their income. However, probability influencing factors regarding income adequacy in Indonesia still unknown. Aims: find out workers. Methods: This observational study with a cross-sectional design uses data from Employment Research Health Sector (RISNAKES) 2017 Public Centers Indonesia. Probit analysis was conducted assess adequacy. Results: A total 963 respondents were analyzed. The found that changes each variable, including income, official residence facilities, training facilities/ seminars/ training, motivation, job satisfaction unit, would ranging 2% - 81%, except for age variable. By referring high > 75% taking into account 80%, presumed adequate is no less than IDR 28,800,000. Conclusion: monthly servants sector influenced by satisfaction, ability save, facilities attend seminars, age, Increasing reformulating amount must be done optimize performance productivity Keywords: workers, adequacy, public center, saving
