Factors Affecting Farmers' Perceptions Towards Benefits of Organic Farming

This study analyzes the factors affecting perceptions of organic farmers in Kilis regarding benefits agriculture. For this reason, data was collected by conducting a face-to-face survey 279 445 who produce olive oil. The multivariate PROBIT regression method used for analysis. According to results, increase age or experience farmer increases probability seeing benefit farming as preserving components soil. As income level increases, cost emerges Compared women, men reducing production. effect independent variables on dependent variable producing highly competitive products is statistically insignificant. Farmers make living only from agriculture environmentally friendly option agriculture, while situation opposite those members oil union. with 10 years less experience, 21-25 and 26 health farming.
