FACTORS AFFECTING EMPLOYER SATISFACTION ON MEETING GRADUATES’ JOB REQUIREMENTS OF TEACHER TRAINING DISCIPLINES

Đào tạo sinh viên tốt nghiệp có khả năng đáp ứng yêu cầu công việc sau khi được tuyển dụng là một vấn đề quan trọng đối với các cơ sở giáo dục đại học. Mục đích của bài viết này nhằm xác định và phân tích yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hài lòng nhà sử lao động về ngành đào Trường Đại học Đồng Tháp. Dữ liệu trong nghiên cứu phản hồi 201 đang cán bộ quản lý tại trường mầm non, tiểu học, trung sở, phổ thông. Kết quả nhân khám phá quy tuyến tính đã chỉ ra 03 nghiệp. Mức độ từng lần lượt thái làm việc, kỹ chuyên môn mềm để Tháp cập nhật phát triển chương trình hơn xã hội.
