Digital growth in Indonesia, especially e-commerce is very fast, competition between online businesses getting tighter. Customers easily move from one place to another get the best. In a marketing strategy time where so fierce today, most important thing for marketers maintain good relationships with customers, other statement, challenge and priority of business loyalty. Loyalty, customer satisfaction, trust context are expected be critical factors determining success. The design mobile applications, service quality, promotion offers closely contributed these factors. However, despite its growth, previous studies confirmed that sustaining loyalty challenging providers. This study aimed at understanding keeping customers continue using Indonesian market. quantitative research involved 323 respondents who performed repeat buying on certain applications. data was collected through an questionnaire consisting statements Likert scale.
