Facilitators and Barriers Influencing Patient Safety as Perceived by Nurse Interns

Background: Patient safety is a worldwide concern with limited resources, recent healthcare systems are facing major factors in ensuring patient safety. Aim: This study aimed at investigating facilitators and barriers influencing as perceived by nurse interns. Research design: descriptive design was used. Setting: carried out two different faculties affiliated to Al-Azhar Ain-Shams universities. Subjects Methods: of the present included 94 interns from Al Azhar university 125 Ain Shams university. The tool: Nurse Intern’s perception questionnaire. It consisted parts follows: Part 1: personal data ;Part 2: include regarding main results: There no statistically significant difference between groups total factors. current concluded that findings didn't support hypothesis, where there differences intern's both University Hospitals Hospitals.
