Facile Production of CsPbBr3 Perovskite Single-Crystals in a Hydrobromic Solution

In this study, synthesis of CsPbBr3 perovskite single-crystals in a hydrobromic solution was investigated. Single-crystal growth experiments were conducted at the solution-nucleation border constant temperature or controlled cooling conditions. Working poses some practical difficulties such as fast precipitation. Often researchers opt to oversaturate and use supernatant after filtration. However, for conditions where A B ratio precursor formation ABX3 is not 1, oversaturation waste resources. work, solutions prepared particular working either held gradually cooled predetermined temperature. The method resulted large clear crystals it reached saturation more slowly. Crystals high temperatures appeared be transparent with facets. low opaque multiple nuclei on single-crystal. Seeding saturated larger single-crystals. procedure adapted work made possible production acid sizes up 5 mm only 10 days.
