BACKGROUND The facial colliculus is an elevated area that formed by fibers from the motor nucleus of 7`th cranial nerve as they loop over abducens nucleus. Clinical signs and symptoms lesions occur primarily due to injury nucleus, around paramedian pontine reticular formation, medial longitudinal fasciculus. etiology varies age. While tumors, demyelinating lesions, viral infections can be involved in young individuals` etiology, vascular ischemia a common causative factor older people. CASE In this paper, we present case syndrome its rare occurrence patient; who developed after herpes infection. CONCLUSION Facial treatment based on etiology.
