Fabrication and Characterization of Self-Powered Photosensor Based on Nanostructure TiO2/natural Dyes

Abstract Self-powered photosensor is fabricated based on nanostructure TiO 2 /natural dyes. nanostructured thin film was prepared FTO/glass substrates by hydrothermal method. Surface morphology, crystalline structure, as well optical properties of the sample are investigated. Three types natural dyes, pomegranate, aubergine, and coffee used an active layer (absorber) photosensor. However, solution dye casted onto left to dry naturally carbon/FTO a back contact device. Current-voltage (I-V) characteristic under dark light case characterized for all sensors. Besides, sensors appeared good response whit zero bias voltage. Sensitivity, raise decay time calculated.
