Extragonadal Yolk Sac Tumor with Spinal Cord Compression in a Little Boy, with Complete Response to the Bleomycin, Etoposide, and Carboplatin: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

Introduction: Germ cell tumors account for 3.5 % of pediatric and yolk sac are the most common pure malignant germ in children. Testis ovary sites involvement children older than 2 years. Four months later, at end chemotherapy, completely resolved. Conclusions: Spinal compression is rare presentation (YST) although an uncommon malignancy, it can be cured completely.
