Abstract
 The purpose of this study is to analyze the antibacterial activity various concentrations beluntas leaf extract by examining inhibition zone’s diameter Streptococcus mutans ATCC 25175 bacteria. This type research experimental. was conducted at Chemical Engineering Laboratory State Polytechnic Malang and Biology University Muhammadiyah Malang. from October December 2020. design used a completely randomized (CRD) with 7 treatments 3 replications. standard turbidity bacterial isolates Mcferland 108. Research Posttest-Only Control Design. Data analysis one-way ANOVA Duncan's continued test 5%. results showed that there an effect giving on zone concentration 25% had most significant compared other significantly different but rather far positive control treatment result. findings content active compounds in leaves have as towards mutans, also, 5% minimum inhibitory (khm).
