Extemporaneous compounding is among the key hospital pharmacy services that promotes pharmaceutical care. It a long-standing practice in dermatology for patients who need custom-made drug products. The of dermatologic Ethiopian public hospitals found at beginning and very few have started so far. This research communication aimed examining hospitals' extemporaneous dermatologicals with emphasis on regulatory requirement quality control activities. To benefit from these products, good should be obeyed line expansion service.
