Expression Pattern of Genes Related to Heat Shock Proteins, Apoptosis, Antioxidants and Interleukins in Growing Female Murrah Buffaloes Implanted with Melatonin during Summer Season

Background: Heat stress has deleterious effect in the production trait and biological functions animals. In tropical continents, melatonin been shown to retain genomic actions regulating expression of several genes necessary for cell survival during stress. So, study was carried out observe implantation on mRNA gene Shock Proteins, Apoptosis, Antioxidants Interleukins affected by heat summer season. Methods: Twelve healthy growing female Murrah buffaloes were selected grouped into control treatment (melatonin @ 18 mg/50 kg body weight subcutaneously). Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells separated at fortnightly intervals processed quantitation following double delta Ct method. Result: The fold change pattern Proteins 60, 70, 90, BAX, Caspase-3, IL-2 IL-6 found significantly (P≤0.05) higher group.
