چکیده
Bovine serum albumin (BSA), polyethylene glycol (PEG) and lignosulfonate (LS) have been extensively employed as synergistic agents in lignocellulose saccharification. Nevertheless, the promoting mechanisms not fully understood there are a number of controversial opinions existed. All attention has paid to interactions between respective additive substrate. However, rarely additives enzymes (cellulase from Trichoderma reesei this investigation). This interaction is actually more important since cellulase interacts with before it contacts Therein, Quartz crystal microbalance dissipation monitoring (QCM-D), surface plasma resonance (SPR) small angel X-ray scattering (SAXS) were incorporated study enzyme additives. The results showed different modes cellulase. BSA LS can form complexes formed prevent them nonproductive binding by residue lignin; what’s more, cellulase-BSA improve hydrolytic capability pristine whereas cellulase-LS reduce. PEG prevents unproductive residual lignin forming thin layer that acts steric hindrance lignin. investigation helps us understand sophisticated among components complicated enzymatic system, especially agents. It will be helpful design utilization biorefinery process well.

Lignosulfonate-mediated cellulase adsorption: enhanced enzymatic saccharification of lignocellulose through weakening nonproductive binding to lignin
BACKGROUND Thermochemical pretreatment of lignocellulose is crucial to bioconversion in the fields of biorefinery and biofuels. However, the enzyme inhibitors in pretreatment hydrolysate make solid substrate washing and hydrolysate detoxification indispensable prior to enzymatic hydrolysis. Sulfite pretreatment to overcome recalcitrance of lignocelluloses (SPORL) is a relatively new process, bu...

The interaction of bovine serum albumin ( BSA) and egg albumin with water solublephthalocyanine, cobalt (ΙΙ) 4, 4′ , 4′′, 4′′′- tetrasulfophthalocyanine ( CoTSPc) , has been studiedby the UV- Vis method at pH 7.0 and five different temperatures 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40°C. Theformation constants have been elucidated by using spectrophotometric titration and computerSQUAD program data refinement. Th...

Investigation on interaction of azo dyes with bovine serum albumin as carrier protein will be important in the field of toxicology because of distribution and transportation of dyes in blood. In this regard, the interaction between the azo dye, trisodium (4E)-3-oxo-4-[(4- sulfonato-1- naphthyl) hydrazono] naphthalene-2,7-disulfonate (C20H11N2Na3O10S3), known as Amaranth and bovine serum albumin...
متن کاملInteractions of tuftsin with bovine serum albumin.
Interactions of tuftsin (Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg) with bovine serum albumin (BSA) were analysed by fluorescence spectroscopy and circular dichroism. The data show that tuftsin interacts weakly with BSA, but this interaction is considerably enhanced by introducing an apolar substituent at the C-terminus of the tetrapeptide. It is suggested that strong binding of tuftsin to albumin in blood may enhance i...
