Exploring Major Factors Affecting Virtual Team Performance

Increasing global operations of companies and advances in communication technologies the last two decades have led to create virtual team, which employees work more productively cost-effectively from different locations. This situation required team leaders a perspective management approach than who manage teams usual offices. Performance is one vital tasks multidimensional research topic for researchers interested management. Knowing determinants performance will be useful quality decision-making, problem-solving, many other managerial processes. aims explore major factors affecting by using systematic literature review methodology that includes hundred scientific articles. Findings this study suggest these are leadership, communication, collaboration, cohesion, commitment, conflict, interpersonal relations, knowledge sharing, feedback, trust, diversity, recognition, empowerment.
