EXPLORING CHINA’S RESPONSE TO THE ROHINGYA CRISIS: A LIBERAL PERSPECTIVE

This paper examines China's response to the Rohingya crisis in Myanmar from a theoretical perspective, drawing on both liberal and Asian cultural values. The study adopts qualitative approach employs document analysis collect data. findings suggest that can be explained by values of interdependence, cooperation, institutionalism, which have guided peaceful cooperative resolving conflict. However, also reveals importance values, particularly empathy save-face, shaping diplomatic behavior towards crisis. argues divided into three aspects: infrastructure investment, mediation between Bangladesh, humanitarian assistance, all aimed at promoting collaboration peace region. contributes understanding complexities involved foreign policy decisions provides insights role international relations.
