Exploring change in networks supporting the deliberate practice of popular musicians

چکیده
Popular musicians are embedded in dynamic networks supporting their expertise development across different phases. During these phases, network actors support aspects of deliberate practice which a musician needs to engage become an expert. Research the domain music is scarce terms investigating change supportive over time. Semi-structured interviews with five expert and intermediate popular were used explore changes during childhood, apprenticeship, career Egocentric analysis revealed that more less stable when considering phases than intermediates.
