چکیده

Abstract We analyze the anomalous magnetic moment of muon $$g-2$$ g - 2 in $$\mu \nu $$ μ ν SSM. This R -parity violating model solves problem reproducing simultaneously neutrino data, only with addition right-handed neutrinos. In framework SSM, light left muon-sneutrino and wino masses can be naturally obtained driven by physics. produces an increase dominant chargino-sneutrino loop contribution to , solving gap between theoretical computation experimental data. To parameter space, we sample SSM using a likelihood data-driven method, paying special attention reproduce current data on Higgs physics, as well flavor observables such B decays. then apply constraints from LHC searches for events multi-leptons + MET viable regions found. They probe these through chargino–chargino, chargino–neutralino neutralino–neutralino pair production. conclude that significant space \mathrm{SSM}$$ SSM explain

Muon ( g − 2 )

For a spin1 2 particle, ~ S = ~2~σ, and gs is called the Lande g-factor. From classical calculations that treat the charged particle as a rotating piece of current, gs = 1. Surprisingly, the Dirac equation in relativistic quantum mechanics predicts that gs = 2, a result which agreed with the crude experiments of the time. In the 1940’s, a new understanding of renormalization in the developing q...

The Next-generation Muon (g−2) Experiment

The muon (g − 2) experiment at the Brookhaven AGS achieved a relative precision on the muon anomalous magnetic moment, a μ , of ±0.54 ppm. The anomaly is sensitive to a wide range of physics beyond the standard model such as supersymmetry, and thus can help constrain the interpretation of any " new physics " found at the Large Hadron Collider. It is desirable to improve the precision of the exp...

Triangle Anomaly and the Muon G − 2 *

The subject of this paper is a class of two-loop electroweak contributions to the muon g−2 containing a fermion triangle along with a virtual photon and Z boson, as shown in Fig. 1. In the standard model all charged fermions contribute to the triangle loop. Individual contributions of fermions lighter than the Z boson are enhanced by large logarithms ln(MZ/m), where m denotes the mass of the fe...

Status of the Muon g - 2

The current status of the Standard Model predictions for the muon anomalous magnetic moment is described. Various contributions expected in the Standard Model are discussed. After the reeval-uation of the leading-order hadronic term based on the new e + e − data, the theoretical prediction is more than three standard deviations lower than the experimental value.
