چکیده
One of the significant problems in our society is handling and processing vast amount waste produced by households industrial processes. Nowadays, packaging material regulations are constantly changing, which can significantly impact quality municipal waste, requiring continuous development redesign plants. Since only a few uncertain measurements (composition, mass, etc.) available for this task, analysing redesigning technologies challenging. This research aims to develop modelling simulation concept that integrate all information also handle uncertainty measurements. The proposed modular framework serve as basis designing needed process ever-changing waste. most important steps follows: identifying typical equipment, these elements; building models determining characteristic parameters equipment; exploring possible relationships between elements. For example, define model be gathered from measurements, experience, expert knowledge. In many cases, data obtained represent ranges. stationary applies efficiency factors divides solids into substreams based on Furthermore, simulator was developed simulate technological schemes with various connections. specifications widely used equipment (shredders, air separators, sieves, magnetic-, eddy current-, optical-, ballistic separators) were construct simulator. open new opportunities design sorting networks. calibrated expertise gained operating studied technology. changes considered, lead flexible capable adapting governmental environmental changes. main result work methodology simulator, development, validation method has been proposed, provides possibility deal uncertainty. All successfully presented through analysis an separation system.
