چکیده
Longitudinal torsional coupled rotary ultrasonic–assisted drilling (LTC-RUAD) technology is introduced to improve the surface roughness of hole-wall and solve tear, burr, delamination carbon fiber–reinforced polymers (CFRPs) induced by large thrust force torque during conventional (CD). An experiment scale-span numerical investigation CFRPs were presented for both CD LTC-RUAD processes in this study. A experimental platform using was built via a novel independently designed manufactured vibration actuator, while experiments involving T700S-12 K/YP-H26 CFRP specimens with different process parameters carried out adopting ultrasonic amplitude (UVA) longitudinal directions. Then, three-dimensional (3D) FE simulation model which applied UVA tapered drill-reamer (TDR) developed find more details about effects machining quality holes. Experimental results revealed that maximum average reduction observed be as high 30% under certain conditions, factor drilled hole shows “concave” trend increase UVA. The at exit best when Sr = 2000 rpm, Sf 0.01 mm/rev, Alon 7.02 ?m, Ator 9.29 ?m LTC-RUAD. only 0.054, damage factors are reduced 69.67% compared CD.

simulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water
abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...

15 صفحه اولExperimental investigations of forces and torque in conventional and ultrasonically-assisted drilling of cortical bone.
Bone drilling is widely used in orthopaedics and surgery; it is a technically demanding surgical procedure. Recent technological improvements in this area are focused on efforts to reduce forces in bone drilling. This study focuses on forces and a torque required for conventional and ultrasonically-assisted tool penetration into fresh bovine cortical bone. Drilling tests were performed with two...
