Cyclone separators are suitable to remove particles in extreme conditions with high pressure and temperature during the gas-solid separation process. The important performance of cyclone is determined by efficiency drop. inlet parameters including number inlets, geometry gas velocity affects separators. In this paper, experimental investigation has been conducted determine effects dual separator was fabricated using acrylic materials accommodate flow observation trajectories inside chamber. experiments were at 9, 11 13 m/s three particle sizes 277.5, 42.5 625 um. Results showed that as increases, also increases up 94.5% for um particles. findings indicate especially fly ash biomass processing plant other
