Exercise Training-Induced MicroRNA Alterations with Protective Effects in Cardiovascular Diseases
نویسندگان
چکیده
Exercise training (ET) is an important non-drug adjuvant therapy against many human diseases, including cardiovascular diseases. The appropriate ET intensity induces beneficial adaptions and improves physiological function cardiopulmonary fitness. mechanisms of exercise-induced cardioprotective effects are still not fully understood. However, mounting evidence suggest that microRNAs (miRNAs) play crucial role in this process essential responding to exercise-stress mediating exercise-protective effects. Thus, review summarizes the biogenesis miRNAs, mechanism miRNA action, specifically miRNAs involved cardio-protection used as therapeutic targets for treating

Zooplankton and their protective effects on cardiovascular diseases
In the world-wide cardiovascular diseases are the most common. And mortallities are high. Many modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors for cardiovascular diseases have been identified. One of them is diets. In diet polyunsaturated fatty acids such omega-3 and omega-6 have protective effects on cardiovascular health. Polyunsaturated fatty acids are essentials for humans, have taken from foods...
متن کاملExercise-training-induced alterations in hepatic function in mares.
The effects of exercise training on hepatic function in horses were determined by studying the plasma clearance of antipyrine (20 mg/kg iv) in adult mares that either underwent treadmill training for 5 wk (n = 7) or remained in box stalls for the same time period (n = 6). Training consisted of treadmill exercise at 60% (12 min/day) and 90% (3 min/day) of pretraining maximal oxygen consumption (...
متن کاملProtective Effects of Morin Hydrate on Acute Stress-Induced Behavioral and Biochemical Alterations in Mice
Introduction: As stress affects the brain both physiologically and chemically, researchers try to find novel anti-stress compounds with beneficial therapeutic effects. In this regard, the effect of stress and its modulation by Morin hydrate was studied using different acute models in mice. Methods: The models employed were anoxic tolerance, swimming endurance, and acute restraint test. Morin h...

Exercise is a physiologic stressor that has multiple beneficial effects on cardiovascular system. Currently exercise training is a class I intervention as part of a multifactorial long-term process that includes: clinical assistance, assessment of global cardiovascular risk, identification of specific objective for each cardiovascular risk factor, formulation of an individual treatment plan wit...
متن کاملExercise in Cardiovascular Disease Cardiovascular Effects of Exercise Training Molecular Mechanisms
In the natural habitat of our ancestors, physical activity was not a preventive intervention but a matter of survival. In this hostile environment with scarce food and ubiquitous dangers, human genes were selected to optimize aerobic metabolic pathways and conserve energy for potential future famines.1 Cardiac and vascular functions were continuously challenged by intermittent bouts of high-int...
