Examining Predictors and Outcomes of Decent Work among Chinese Female Pre-Service Primary School Teachers

The purpose of this study was to examine the future decent work perceptions in Psychology Working Theory (PWT) based on a sample female primary pre-service teachers higher education. A cross-sectional design used for research. 368 were recruited from university eastern China current study. results structural equation modeling indicated that PWT model applied Chinese school teachers. In particular, subjective social status positively related perceptions, disadvantaged mindset negatively and academic satisfaction. Overall, all proposed direct pathways significant. This is first empirical apply framework among school. With examination, we able comprehensively relationship between variables such as mindset, helping improve students’ satisfaction providing suggestions career development group.
