Examining Incivility Through a Moral Lens: Coworker Morality Appraisals, Other-Condemning Emotions, and Instigated Incivility

While much is known about the prevalence and impact of incivility in workplace, relatively less those who instigate workplace incivility. This research aims to investigate instigation through a moral lens by examining roles other-condemning emotions (contempt, disgust, anger) appraisals coworkers’ morality as predictors this behavior at work.
