Examining a Critical Geopolitics in the Determination of Indonesia and Timor Leste Land Boundaries in Noel Besi – Citrana Segment

This study examines the determination of Indonesia and Timor Leste land boundaries, especially in Noel Besi - Citrana segment. uses critical geopolitical analysis, vision according to Agnew (2013) O Tuathail (1996), explain issue boundaries – qualitative methods, which primary data is drawn from in-depth interviews with several key informants. The secondary through scientific literature news online media. shows that segment caused by different visions two countries (Indonesia Leste). Although both refer 1904 Treaty between Netherlands Portuguese, contains a territorial boundary agreement on island Timor, have visions. perceives mouth River as beginning determining line east.
