Examination of the efficacy of different fungicides against Macrophomina phaseolina and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in laboratory conditions

Macrophomina phaseolina and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum are two significant fungal pathogens of sunflower. M. causes charcoal rot ashy stem blight in several important crop species. white mold disease which can occur as middle stalk rot, head premature plant death. Due to the wide host range their survival structures, rotation cannot provide sufficient protection against them. In our experiment, we selected fungicides, Mirage Prosaro, widely used practice, tested efficacy pathogens. The efficiency these fungicides was at a concentration 10; 20; 50; 100 500 ppm. Prosaro totally inhibited mycelial growth both 50 ppm, ppm caused total inhibition all treatments
