Event-based fault detection for interval type-2 fuzzy systems with measurement outliers

This paper investigates the event-based fault detection (FD) problem for a category of discrete-time interval type-2 fuzzy systems with measurement outliers. For sake decreasing utilization limited communication bandwidth, an mechanism is introduced. Based on saturation function technique, novel FD observer first designed to reduce influence outliers in dynamic systems. Then, basis Lyapunov stability theory, sufficient conditions are provided ensure that error system satisfies \begin{document}$ \mathcal{H}_{\infty} $\end{document} performance and id="M2">\begin{document}$ different cases, respectively. In contrast existing results, false alarm, which induced by outliers, can be effectively avoided function. Lastly, some simulation results given verify effectiveness method presented this paper.
