Evaluation on Genetic Relationships Among China’s Endemic Curcuma Herbs by SRAP Markers

نویسندگان

چکیده

Curcuma is historically problematic to identify and clear their relationships for cultivar variety appearance commonly in China. Sequence-Related Amplified Polymorphism (SRAP) marker was used detect genetic among 10 China’s endemic herbs including three Chinese rarely species firstly (C. amarissima, C. flaviflora C. yunnanensis). The 2-35 polymorphic bands were amplified by each pair of primers, a total 1084 polymorphism with an average 11.78 produced 93 out 100 primers within 29 accessions. data construct dendrogram means COMPLETE NTSYS–pc2.1. results shown that the distance coefficient varied from 0.12 0.53, divided into groups, placement achieved, partial might be muti-origin Curcuma.

Genetic Linkage Maps of Pear Based on Srap Markers

Genetic maps for two pear cultivars ‘Red Bartlett’ (Pyrus communis L.) and ‘Nanguo pear’ (Pyrus ussuriensis Maxim.) were constructed using SRAP molecular markers. The mapping population consists of 74 F1 individuals derived from the cross of a cultivar ‘Red Bartlett’ with good fruit quality as the female parent and a cultivar ‘Nanguopear’ with good cold tolerance as the male parent. Linkage map...

Analysis of genetic diversity between and within Iranian accessions of spinach (Spinacia oleraceae) by SRAP markers

Spinach (Spinacia oleracea L.) is an economically important leafy vegetable crop in many countries. This is the first case study of using SRAP markers to analyze genetic diversity of Iranian spinach accessions. Eight SRAP primer combinations generated 88 scorable bands ranging from 50 to 1000 bp, among which 73 were polymorphic, with an average of 82.9 polymorphic bands per primer combination a...

Genetic diversity of the Arctic fox using SRAP markers.

Sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) is a recently developed molecular marker technique that is stable, simple, reliable, and achieves moderate to high numbers of codominant markers. This study is the first to apply SRAP markers in a mammal, namely the Arctic fox. In order to investigate the genetic diversity of the Arctic fox and to provide a reference for use of its germplasm, we an...

Evaluation of genetic diversity in Piper spp using RAPD and SRAP markers.

Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) analysis were applied to 74 individual plants of Piper spp in Hainan Island. The results showed that the SRAP technique may be more informative and more efficient and effective for studying genetic diversity of Piper spp than the RAPD technique. The overall level of genetic diversity among Piper spp ...

Genetic linkage map of EST-SSR and SRAP markers in the endangered Chinese endemic herb Dendrobium (Orchidaceae).

Dendrobium officinale is an endangered orchid from southeast Asia that is known for its medicinal properties in traditional Chinese medicine. We constructed an integrated genetic linkage map of an F(1) population derived from an interspecific cross between D. officinale and D. aduncum (both, 2n = 38), using expressed sequence tag-simple sequence repeats (EST-SSR) and sequence-related amplified ...
