Evaluation of Water Resources Utilization Efficiency Based on DEA and AHP under Climate Change

چکیده

In the context of climate change, problem water scarcity is becoming increasingly serious, and improving efficiency resources use an important measure to alleviate this problem. The evaluation utilization has become basis resource management. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are widely used in efficiency. However, one these methods mostly for evaluation, which cannot reflect influence both objective subjective factors. Therefore, study, we propose a index (WEI) evaluate each region Tumen River Basin (TRB), combining DEA AHP methods. Firstly, DEA-CCR model was quantify domestic, agricultural industrial TRB. DEA-BCC analyze main influences on sector. Secondly, WEI constructed by assigning weights using based importance results show that values most areas within TRB trended upwards between 2014 2019. particular, domestic ranged from 0.294 0.775, while 0.039 0.054 0.031 0.375, respectively. Technical factor influencing This study could provide management mitigation change.

Water resources, climate change and human vulnerability

It is well recognised today that climate change is affecting the Earth’s physical and biological systems, and is expected to do so on forthcoming decadal to century timescales. A need exists for useable predictions of the impacts associated with such climate change, and the likely societal responses to these. This must also be seen in the context of other drivers of global change, and be presen...

Climate change and global water resources

By 2025, it is estimated that around 5 billion people, out of a total population of around 8 billion, will be living in countries experiencing water stress (using more than 20% of their available resources). Climate change has the potential to impose additional pressures in some regions. This paper describes an assessment of the implications of climate change for global hydrological regimes and...

Impact of Climate Change on Water Resources in Agriculture 7 Forests , Land Use Change , and Water

A forest is a biotic community predominated by trees and woody vegetation that are signifi cantly taller, greater, thicker, and deeper than other vegetation types and generally covers a large area (Chang, 2003). Forests cover approximately 26.2% of the world, with 45.7% of Latin America and the Caribbean being covered, 35% of East Asia and the Pacifi c, and 35% of the European Union. Canada and...
