This research is evaluation using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model developed by Stufflebeam. Data was collected interviews, observations and document studies, while analysis carried out Milles Huberman model. study aimed to evaluate running of Tahfizh Taajul Waqoor Li Tahfiizhil Qur'anil Kariim Program at an Islamic Boarding School in Bekasi. From results evaluation, it informed that formulation vision, mission objectives program a good category, only vision there one criterion has not been met, namely static. input component, teachers, students, curriculum facilities infrastructure for student still does meet ideal criteria memorizing Qur'an. The room some rooms comfortable, but need review Qur'an laboratory facilities. process, use Tahfizh's methods, media, materials learning time category. For materials, determination or selection targets tahfizh same general between students with upper-middle abilities low abilities.
