چکیده
Tarom region of Zanjan province is one the olive production centers in Iran, which faced a crisis salinity stress following salinization water resources. The selection tolerant cultivars using pivotal characteristics interesting challenges. This study was conducted to investigate behavior ‘Zard’, ‘Abou-satl’, and ‘Arbequina’ context marginal waters. Therefore, one-year-old self-rooted plants these were potted irrigated with 2, 5, 8, 12 dS/m saline for three months greenhouse, certain physiological morphological features studied. results show that ‘Zard’ ‘Abou-Satl’ tolerated 8 dS/m, maintained their photosynthesis medium (5 dS/m), grew well conditions. Analysis of leaf water relations in leaves of two olive (Olea europaea) cultivars differing in tolerance to salinity.
One-year-old rooted cuttings of olive (Olea europaea L. cvs. Frantoio and Leccino) were grown either hydroponically or in soil in a greenhouse. Plants were exposed to NaCl treatments (0, 100, and 200 mM) for 35 days, followed by 30 to 34 days of relief from salt stress to determine whether previously demonstrated genotypic differences in tolerance to salinity were related to water relations par...
متن کاملPolymorphism Of Microsatellite (SSR) Markers In Tunisian Olive (Olea Europaea L.) Cultivars
Olive (Olea europaea L. subsp. europaea var. europaea) is one of the oldest fruit tree in the Mediterranean basin, and is cultivated for oil and canned fruit. Part of this interest is driven by the economic importance of olive oil which is increasing throughout the world due to its beneficial effect to human health. In Tunisia, olive has great socio-economic importance, with more than 60 millio...
متن کاملAnalysis and quantification of flavonoidic compounds from Portuguese olive (Olea europaea L.) leaf cultivars.
Twenty three samples of 18 Portuguese olive leaf cultivars were analysed by a reversed-phase HPLC/DAD procedure and eight flavonoidic compounds were identified and quantified (luteolin 7,4'-O-diglucoside, luteolin 7-O-glucoside, rutin, apigenin 7-O-rutinoside, luteolin 4'-O-glucoside, luteolin, apigenin and diosmetin). Luteolin 7,4'-O-diglucoside and luteolin 4'-O-glucoside were identified by H...
متن کامل454 Pyrosequencing of Olive (Olea europaea L.) Transcriptome in Response to Salinity
Olive (Olea europaea L.) is one of the most important crops in the Mediterranean region. The expansion of cultivation in areas irrigated with low quality and saline water has negative effects on growth and productivity however the investigation of the molecular basis of salt tolerance in olive trees has been only recently initiated. To this end, we investigated the molecular response of cultiva...
متن کاملThe Effect of Zinc Nutrition on Two Olive (Olea europaea L.) Cultivars Components and Alleviate Oxidative Damage in Salinity Conditions
The role of zinc (Zn) in enhancing defense capacity of several plants against salinity has been demonstrated but there is limited information on the impact of Zn nutrition on alleviating salinity-induced oxidative damage in olive. One-year-old seedlings of two varieties of olive (Olea europaea L. cvs. Frontoio and Conservolea) supplied with three Zn levels (0, 1 and 5 mM in the form of ZnSO4.7H...
