EVALUATION OF SAFETY AND EFFICACY OF MYOMECTOMY DURING CESAREAN SECTION- CASE CONTROL STUDY

Background: Uterine fibroid (Leiomyomata) is the most common benign tumor in women. It may be solitary, multiple or diffuse, there a genetic predisposition to development of leiomyomata. Objective: To evaluate safety and efficacy myomectomy during cesarean section. Patients methods: A case control study was conducted Obstetrics Gynecology Department, Faculty Medicine, Al-Azhar University period from 1st December 2018 30th November 2019. included 80 patients who underwent The were divided into two equal groups: Group had been undergone section while group B only without any other intervention.
