Evaluation of Morphological Diversity of Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) Genotypes

This study was carried out to evaluate the morphological and pomological diversity of 18 different jujube genotypes that are border trees or grown for hobby purposes in Dinar District Afyonkarahisar Province. For measurements, fruits were harvested when peel color less than 50% brown-red healthy leaf samples taken measurement same period. According results research, length, width, fruit weight, endocarp width weight values studied found be 29.47-50.66 mm, 13.35-28.70 14.72-38.93 14.79-35.72 1.51-17.54 g, 7.42-23.87 5.12-11.00 0.20-1.55 respectively. The fact genetic resources region very high, indicates richness a valuable treasure variety breeding.
