چکیده
Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the drug-drug interactions that are frequently encountered in critically ill patients and factors predict these interactions.
Materials Methods: All who were admitted pediatric intensive care unit (13 bed) a university hospital used more than one drug their treatment included prospective cross-sectional study. Patients' demographics, laboratory findings, medications evaluated daily by clinical pharmacist. UpToDate® database detect potential Results: During study, 797 detected 55 (83.33%) 66 followed. pharmacist 114 recommendations made physicians following regarding Eighty-five (74.56%) accepted physicians.
