Abstract Painting is the largest energy consumption unit in ship repair enterprises, with annual electrical costs amounting to millions of dollars. The energy-saving model painting business based on artificial intelligence, Internet Vehicles (IoV) and big data technologies has become a current research hot spot. This paper takes cargo Youlian Shipyard as an example improve quality special coating construction, reduce cost increase efficiency. In process comprehensive analysis equipment usage different compartments carried out, compartment combined weighting Gray Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation proposed. uses factors such consumption, hours, number devices evaluation indicators. Based fuzzy evaluation, gray correlation coefficients weights were weighted obtain final results each planning scheme, then compare them determine optimal scheme. show that grey better than other models, are scientific reasonable. It certain application value multi-objective scheme optimization.
