EVALUASI QUANTITY TAKE OFF PEKERJAAN ARSITEKTUR PROYEK CSR MASJID JAMI MEDAN SATRIA MENGGUNAKAN AUTODESK REVIT 2020

Building Information Modeling atau BIM membawa banyak keuntungan pada desain digital bangunan. Namun, hadir dengan masalah dan risiko yang harus dipertimbangkan oleh seorang profesional desain. Peningkatan penggunaan elektronik proses konstruksi menjanjikan untuk menghemat waktu uang serta meningkatkan kinerja, terutama proyek kompleks. Revit adalah software dari Autodesk arsitektural, struktural mekanikal, elektrikal plumbing (MEP). Dengan ini, pengguna dapat mendesain bangunan mulai struktur sampai MEP memodelkan komponen 3D menampilkan gambar kerja 2D menganalisis quantity take off secara bersamaan di setiap disiplin pekerjaan. Total rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) dihitung menggunakan 2020 CSR Masjid Jami Medan Satria sebesar Rp 4.130.240.091, 68. Sedangkan perhitungan didapat dokumen sendiri 4.056.410.367,56. Berdasarkan hasil atas terdapat selisih antara 73.829.724,09. Ditinjau berdasarkan persentase, bill diperoleh konsep (BIM) lebih rendah 1,788% proyek.
