Evaluasi Implementasi Program Outsourcing di PT Elnusa Petrofin

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan bahwa pelaksanaan program outsourcing yang berjalan sebagai tujuan dan sasaran telah ditetapkan. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Elanusa Petrofin menggunakan strategi mengembangkan bisnisnya terutama distributor BBM. Kajian metode evaluasi pendekatan CIPP. Data diambil dengan pedoman wawancara, kuesioner studi observasi serta dalam analisis dokumen deskriptif melalui diskusi triangulasi. Semua kegiatan data keputusan kepada seluruh Pemangku Kepentingan. Komponen ke aspek (CIPP) meliputi: Evaluasi Konteks (C): Pentingnya Program; Masukan (I): Strategi, prosedur outsourcing; Proses (P): Manajemen Program Produk Hasil Manfaat. Temuan evaluasi, menemukan Outsourcing AMT, tidak target. strategi, dibuat dilaksanakan sebagaimana mestinya.
