Etiological Examination of Neonatal Calf Diarrhea Cases Detected in Burdur Region

This work was conducted to determine the prevalence of E. coli, cryptosporidium spp., giardia, rotavirus and coronavirus agents involved in etiology diarrhea cases neonatal calf detected Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Animal Hospital Clinics other farms region between 2019-2020 years. The material study consisted 50 calves with diarrhea. Stool samples were taken from examined immunochromatographic rapid test kits. One or more enteropathogenic 70% calves. In diarrhea, Cryptosporidium spp (42%) (30%) as single mixed enteropathogen. Mixed enteropathogens (14% spp. + Rotavirus, 2% Rotavirus coronavirus, coli K99 Giardia, Giardia) determined 20% As a result, it concluded that factors are common necessary precautions should be enterprises against these factors.
