Ethical Leadership: A Cross-Cultural Study

The goal of this study is to examine how educators from both Eastern and Western cultures define ethical leadership which characteristics they associate with leaders. This also explores examples educators, tries answer if major events like Covid-19, high-technology, migration have changed their perceptions, lastly, examines reactions unethical conduct. qualitative employed a phenomenological research design. Data collection using semi-structured interviews open-ended surveys was conducted 51 countries. findings indicate that the attributes leadership, honesty, respect, fairness, justice, are endorsed across cultures. Other attributes, flexibility, religiosity, responsibility, were articulated by sample, while rationality, team spirit ability listen highlighted in sample. participants recounted experiences around several themes, some friendly approach, equality, defending rights others, standing for right. They specified different responses acts mainly believe ethics constant throughout history.
