Organ Transplantation involves a surgical procedure where in new organ replaces deteriorating or damaged the human body, Heart, lungs, Kidneys are examples of such organs. They composed tissues and cells that work together to perform specific essential functions body. In present scenario, transplantation many organs between well-matched beings is marked with huge success. Heart lung heart-lung transplants, liver pancreas (or pancreatic islets) transplants also becoming more common, while kidney, cornea, bone marrow skin today considered routine for certain conditions. According Dr. Robert White, even head transplant, which should perhaps be better referred as body may possible. However balance demand supply hugely distorted, simultaneously by high costs some transplants. Consequently numerous questions come up regarding procurement, distribution scarce resources, their coverage community funds. The ethical legal issues related tissue procurement often discussed light age old principles autonomy, compassion, non-maleficence, free informed consent, dignity, integrity equality beings, justice, common good. "In donation organs, respect given rights donor, recipient good society”.
